This trail is an old fire road that is now used by ATV's and Mountain Bikes. This trail is a very technical, rocky, rooty, tough climbing trail that will test your slow speed skills. Some of the climbs are grueling and the line picking decents can destroy a derailer if care is not taken.
From Critz, VA take ST RT 626 (Abram Penn Hwy) east for 3 miles then take a left onto Salem Church Road. Go .3 miles and the trail head will be on your left.
